Mother Nature doesn’t believe “Blue Monday” 🔵🏃‍♀️and neither do I. The sun has been shining for us yesterday and today, so let’s not allow our minds to be influenced by this commercial belief. While it’s true that it’s really cold outside and winter has had a harsh impact on some of us, it’s important to know that Blue Monday was first introduced as a marketing term in 1983 to persuade people to buy vacation packages. Since then, it has been referred to as the ‘bluest (saddest) day of the year’. ❤️‍🩹🐉♾️☀️Ⓜ️🚫📵🙅🏿‍♀️
