September 15 through October 15 marks Hispanic Heritage Month, a celebration of the rich and diverse cultures and countless contributions of Hispanic and Latinx people to the world at large. To honor the month ahead with your children, we’ve pulled together over 70 inspiring Latinx books for kids that were created by Latinx authors and illustrators. From kid-friendly bios on inspiring historical figures to fiction books showcasing Latinx kids just being kids, we encourage you to find a place for these titles (many of them featuring bilingual text!) on your bookshelf—this month and always!

Del 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre se celebra el Mes de la Herencia Hispana, una celebración de las ricas y diversas culturas y las innumerables contribuciones de los hispanos y latinos al mundo en general. Para honrar el próximo mes con sus hijos, hemos reunido más de 70 libros latinos inspiradores para niños que fueron creados por autores e ilustradores latinos. Desde biografías para niños sobre figuras históricas inspiradoras hasta libros de ficción que muestran a los niños latinos siendo niños, lo alentamos a encontrar un lugar para estos títulos (¡muchos de ellos con texto bilingüe!) en su biblioteca, ¡este mes y siempre!
